Resources for working in the e-referral system

— A step-by-step guide on accessing the system, submitting global referrals, plan notification, and prior authorization requests, using Bookmarks and Templates and more - Updated August 2023 e-referral Quick Guide — Includes instructions on how to sign up for e-referral and how to log in. It also explains other functions of the e-referral system.

Online training

On our Provider Training website, we offer training on prior authorization programs and other topics. To find training, search on a keyword related to the topic you’re looking for. (For example, if you’re looking for training on the e-referral system, search on “e-referral”.)
