Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network Utilization Management manages prior authorizations for post-acute care stays for:
- Blue Cross commercial members
- Medicare Plus Blue℠ members
- Blue Care Network commercial members
- BCN Advantage℠ members
Post-acute care includes skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation center and long-term acute care hospital stays.
