Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network corporate offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2021, for the Memorial Day holiday.

- Christmas Eve – Friday, Dec. 24
- New Year's Holiday – Thursday, Dec. 30
- New Year's Eve – Friday, Dec. 31
